Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Lammii (the "Service"), operated by Lammii, Inc. ("Lammii", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately at security@lammii.comif you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans and billing

Free, Pro, and Business plans are described on the Pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are at our discretion outside of statutory rights.

Platform fees: Lammii charges a 5% fee on charged Threshold Drop sales. Stripe processing fees apply separately and are passed through. Digital products and brand-deal income are not platform-fee'd on Free or Pro plans.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload, generate, or sell on Lammii ("Your Content"). You grant Lammii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service.

You represent that Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights and complies with our Acceptable Use Policy (below).

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Lammii to:

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, refund-rights forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

6. Brand Deal AI & Inbox access

If you connect Gmail or other inboxes, you authorize Lammii to read messages flagged as brand outreach, draft responses, and (only if you opt in) send replies on your behalf. We don't sell your inbox content. We don't read messages outside the brand-deal classifier scope.

7. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI (including Anthropic Claude) to generate text and analyses. Output is provided "as is", may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish or send. You own the outputs you create using Lammii, subject to the underlying model's terms.

8. Threshold Drops & payments

Drops use Stripe SetupIntents to authorize cards without immediate charge. Buyers are charged only when the threshold is met and you finalize the drop. If a drop is cancelled or expires, no card is charged. Payouts to creators are made via Stripe Connect Express subject to Stripe's terms and KYC requirements.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service. On termination, you may export your data via Settings → Privacy → Export My Data for 30 days.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lammii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lammii harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or confidentiality matters.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
